Alkali is the founder and CEO of the Alkali Agricultural Access Initiative, whose aim is to fight hunger and malnutrition by challenging broader systems and structures that shape inequalities, access, and injustice. With over seven years of experience, Alkali has worked with a wide range of stakeholders to promote sustainable agricultural practices, increase access, advocate for nutritional programs, and support young people with required skills to produce their own food. Through his nonprofit, he has empowered over 1,500 youths with agribusiness skills, distributed over 5,000 meals to school kids, and recruited over 350 volunteers.
