On March 16th 2023, a training on GIS and Remote Sensing for Early Warning System in Central African Republic was organised in the context of the Central African Republic Emergency Food Crisis Response Project (PRUCAC). The training was dedicated to technical staff from the General Directorate of Civil Protection, General Directorate of Hydraulics, General Directorate of Meteorology. The training covered various aspects related to geographic information availabilty, quality, data processing, good practices, use of software and the next steps.
