The meeting of the Global Record Specialized Core Working Groups, held in Rome (30 September – 2 October 2015), defined various data fields to be included in the Information System of the Global Record.

As per the respective specialized working group, the Members specifically drew up a technical list of the system’s data requirements, third party data necessities and data exchange standards that should be included in the Information System as well as a list of pending items that should be addressed subsequently.
