7th African Soil Laboratory Network (AFRILAB) Meeting
The African Soil Laboratory Network (AFRILAB) was established under the framework of the Global Soil Laboratory Network (GLOSOLAN) to strengthen collaboration among soil laboratories across Africa. AFRILAB promotes harmonized soil analysis methods, reliable data generation, and capacity building, supporting evidence-based decision-making for sustainable soil management across the continent.

On 13 October 2025, the 7th AFRILAB Meeting will bring together members, partners, and stakeholders to review progress on regional and national initiatives, exchange updates on quality assurance and proficiency testing, and discuss future priorities. Participants will also engage in governance discussions, including the renewal of the AFRILAB regional mandate and the election of the Chair and Vice-Chair.
