This tool consists of 5 modules, 3 of which correspond to the various levels of intervention of LAPs: the institutional level, the subnational level, and the household level (modules 2, 3 and 4). The tool also has two cross modules (module 1 and module 5) corresponding to the proposed methodology of the guide and the Fiscal, Financial and Economic Analysis.
