ضمّ حوار بروكسيل– "من رد الفعل إلى الوقاية: العمل الاستباقي لمواجهة الأزمات الغذائية" – رؤساء منظمة الأغذية والزراعة (المنظمة) وبرنامج الأغذية العالمي (البرنامج)، وعمليات المعونة الإنسانية من جانب الاتحاد الأوروبي. وأعقبت الجلسة الرفيعة المستوى حلقات نقاش تخلّلها عرض لتجارب الشركاء على المستوى الميداني وتبادل الدروس المستفادة.
