The FAO Pest and Pesticide Management team and FAO e-learning Academy, together with the European Union, the Swedish Chemicals Agency, and the partners of Inter-Organization Programme for the sound Management of Chemicals (IOMC): UNITAR, the World Bank, ILO, WHO, OECD, UNDP, UNIDO and FAO, are happy to announce the launch of the e-learning course: "Highly Hazardous Pesticides".

The course is part of FAO work to support countries identifying risk mitigation measures and sustainable alternatives to HHPs use.

It is also part of a larger training effort to improve the capacities of pesticide registrars through the FAO Pesticide Registration Toolkit.
