The exhibition's largest pavilion is organized around five thematic pillars — Crops, Animals, Fisheries & Aquaculture, Forestry, and Land & Water — showcasing FAO's work across agrifood systems. Visitors will follow the journey from seeds and other starting points of food production, through innovations and technologies, to the foods and final products.

Across immersive displays and interactive exhibits, the pavilion highlights how science, innovation and best practices transform seeds to foods. The public will discover how a wide range of products derived from agriculture, livestock, fisheries and forestry come to life, from seeds to foods.

The Main stage will serve as the central hub for live programming, combining entertainment, cultural expression and knowledge-sharing. The programme will include talks and cultural performances. The space will also host the official Opening Ceremony. A dedicated Kids area will provide interactive educational and learning experiences for children and school groups.

Six regional pavilions — Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Europe and Central Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, the Near East and North Africa, and North America — reflect the rich diversity of global agrifood systems.

In addition to product displays, each pavilion will include food-tasting experiences, allowing visitors to discover and sample unique cuisines associated with the showcased products and production systems.

With a rotating programme of chefs from around the world, the Food area brings together cooking shows, educational activities and hands-on activities focused on foods, ingredients, nutrition literacy and culinary traditions. Here, visitors will be able to taste final food products derived from crops, livestock, fisheries and forestry.

The area will show the diversity and cultural significance of food, offering visitors an opportunity to explore how food reflects identity, traditions and connections across regions and communities.
