Rome Nutrition Week 2026 (RNW26)

Shaping the Future of Joint Nutrition Action in a Changing World

25–28 May 2026 | FAO headquarters, Rome

Rome Nutrition Week 2026 (RNW26) will take place between 25-28 May at FAO headquarters, under the overarching theme: "Shaping the Future of Joint Nutrition Action in a Changing World".

Building on last year’s discussions on strengthening system-wide “Coherent Policy and Action for Better Nutrition,” this year’s edition will focus on enhancing coordination to shape the future of nutrition action. In addition to the overarching theme, each day will focus on a thematic area:

  • 25 May: Nutrition Evidence and Innovation for Agrifood Systems Transformation (FAO)
  • 26 May: Aligning Finance for Nutrition Integration (IFAD)
  • 27 May: Local Food Solutions for Global Impact (WFP)
  • 28 May: Delivering as One for Coherent Nutrition Action (UN-Nutrition)

With a formal programme of sessions and a rich calendar of activities, including exhibitions at FAO Atrium and more, the week will culminate in a high-level flagship event on 28 May to mark World Nutrition Day.
