In particular it looks at producing bean seeds, bean disease and pest identification and management, business skills for small-scale seed producers and also includes a trainer’s guide. The handbooks are written for the training of  small-scale seed producing companies, individual farmers specialising in production of bean seed, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), Community Based Organisations (CBOs), extension workers and other service providers assisting seed producing farmer groups.
