"Quebec City, October 2, 2015 Gathered in Quebec City on October 1 and 2, 2015 for the symposium "Territorialized food systems, a source of diversity and tools for integration and ompétitivité", organized by the research chair in law on food diversity and food security at Laval University and the UNESCO Chair in Food of the World at Montpellier SupAgro, participants recognized the importance of strengthening territorialized food systems (SAT) and finding a better balance in food systems between the "globalized" and "territorialized" components of food.
