The CFS convenes a high-level forum on climate change, biodiversity loss and land degradation, which all pose significant threats to the realization of the right to adequate food. The High-Level Forum will contribute to leveraging the CFS‘s convening power to streamline the right to food framework in Rio Conventions processes. High-Level representatives from governments, UN institutions, civil society and Indigenous Peoples, the private sector, philanthropic organizations will address how to better implement the right to adequate food in the context of the Rio Conventions.
