This is the report of the Fourth (Virtual) Meeting of the Joint CRFM/WECAFC/JICA/IFREMER Working Group on Fisheries using Anchored Fish Aggregating Devices (aFAD) that took place between 14 and 16 February 2022. Sixty-four representatives from 16 WECAFC member countries and member organizations, regional, and international organizations and non-governmental organizations convened virtually to discuss and receive updates on the regional approach towards the development of sustainable anchored FAD.
