New Poll Shows New Hampshire Voters Overwhelmingly Support Bill to Protect Farm Animals by 7-to-1 Margin
A new statewide survey conducted by Mason-Dixon Polling & Research reveals New Hampshire voters overwhelmingly support legislation to require breeding pigs and veal calves on factory farms have sufficient space to turn around freely, lie down, stand up and fully extend their limbs. Legislation to prohibit such extreme confinement of breeding pigs and veal calves in small crates will be introduced in New Hampshire during the 2013 session.
