The project consists of seven WPs and 32 activities aimed to:
- study the status and potential of milk and meat supply chains based on species rich grasslands
- improve the organization and efficiency of the supply chains based on species rich grasslands, and implement innovative solutions in the farms
- develop an innovative supply chain of edible plants for humans, using the same resources used for obtaining milk and meat
- analyse the demand by intermediate and final consumers for products from species rich grasslands
- identify strategies for the improvement of the offer, the promotion and the protection of products obtained from species rich grasslands.
