GENERAL INFORMATION

The 31st Session of the FAO/WHO Coordinating Committee for Europe will be held at the Rixos Almaty Hotel, Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The Session will begin at 09:30, Monday, 30 September 2019.
The Session will be conducted in English, French, Kazakh, Spanish and Russian. Simultaneous interpretation facilities will be provided in these languages. Arrangements for simultaneous interpretation in Russian and Kazakh will be the responsibility of Kazakhstan.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION

All participants should provide their information (names and addresses) through the Codex Online Registration system by accessing the link below, latest by 13 September 2019.

Login and password for the online registration have been provided to all Codex Contact Points and Contact Points of Observer Organizations. If the login and password have not been received, please contact [email protected].
Only in case of technical difficulty, the registration form should be sent directly to the CCEURO Secretariat.

ONSITE REGISTRATION

Registration facilities will be open on Sunday 29 September from 15:00 to 18:00 and on Monday 30 September from 08:00 at the same venue of the meeting, to the left side of the main entrance.

SIDE EVENTS

Thursday 3 October 09:00 - 11:00 - Codex Web-tool Clinic (English with simultaneous translation to Russian)

OTHER EVENTS

• Sunday 29 September 14:00-17:00 - FAO/WHO workshop: “AMR from a food safety perspective - lessons learned and the way forward”.
• Monday 30 September starting at 19:00 - Reception hosted by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Tuesday 1 October starting at 19:00 - Dinner for the Heads of Delegations
