The National Codex Committee of Thailand is organizing a hybrid seminar event on the topic of “60 years of Codex and its role in setting international food standards for the future”. The event will be held in Bangkok on 7 June 2023.

According to the organizers, this seminar is a great opportunity to mark the Codex 60th anniversary celebrations in connection with the 5th celebration of World Food Safety Day. Contributors to the seminar will discuss safe food practices, key benefits of Codex standards, success case studies, the future of Codex and some other activities to raise awareness about the significance of food safety.
