FAO LOG has initiated this year a series of FAO-Geneva briefings, whose objectives are to provide on a quarterly basis, informative sessions on FAO’s recent activities and accomplishments, collecting Member states' concerns and views,  and cooperating with them on concrete activities in Geneva. This session focused in particular on sharing FAO’s perspective, expertise and opportunities in implementing the SDGs under Agenda 2030, particularly in the field of trade & food security, resilience of livelihoods to threats and crises, as well as FAO’s work on bridging the humanitarian-development divide.
