The ongoing second phase of the CRFS programme started in 2019 with a specific focus on resilience to climate and pandemic shocks.

The programme is currently taking place in the following cities: 

• Antananarivo (Madagascar)
• Colombo (Sri Lanka)
• Kigali (Rwanda)
• Tamale (Ghana)
• Melbourne (Australia) is also participating in the programme as an independent partner.
• Solomon Islands

With the support from IWMI and local governments, 4 city factshees have been pulished, in which it identified the main climate shocks and stresses that impact the CRFS, the impacts of COVID-19, and priprities to increase the local food systems resilience.
