Soybean in Tahure Sauce

Ingredients

soya, beans: 2 cups
tomatoes: 1/2 cups
onions: 2 tablespoon
garlic:
pork: 1/2 cups
water: 2 cups
oil, cooking/salad: 5 tablespoon
tahure: 1 spuare

Steps

1. Soak soybeans in water overnight. Drain off water for 5 mn and fry until golden brown. Boil in water for 45 mn, then drain. Remove soybean coat. Set aside.
2. Fry pork in oil until brown. Set aside.
3. Saute garlic, onion and tomato. Add pork, tahure and water, then bring the mixture to a boil. Add soybeans. Cook for 10 more mn. Serve hot.
