INPhO, le réseau d'information sur les opérations post-récolte (Information Network on Post-harvest Operations), vise à promouvoir les bonnes pratiques dans les activités post-récolte, et à soutenir le développement des petites et moyennes industries agro-alimentaires en facilitant l'accès aux données techniques et informations utiles. Le site est en court de restructuration pour améliorer la présentation et l'accessibilité de l'information disponible. INPhO est géré par la Division de la Nutrition et des systèmes alimentaires de la FAO.

Technical and investment guidelines for milk cooling centres
This publication focuses on the planning, feasibility, start-up and operation of milk cooling centres (MCCs). It reviews small-scale milk cooling and preservation technologies employed around the world. It discusses the steps to be followed when establishing a new MCC and selecting appropriate equipment and technology for sustainable operation of the MCC, especially in developing and transitional countries.
