Ingredients

cabbage: 1 pounds
onions: 2 tablespoon
garlic: 1 teaspoon
pepper, sweet: 1
sugar: 4 tablespoon
chicken: 1 pound
pepper: 12
sauce sweet and sour
vinegar: 4 tablespoon

Steps

1. Boil chicken until tender. Remove bones and shread meat, cabbagge, and green pepper. Mix.
2. Prepare sweet and sour sauce: combine vinegar and sugar; stir until sugar has melted.
3. Add peppercorn, garlic, and onion. Pour mixture over meat, cabbage,and green pepper. Mix thoroughly until well blended. Serve immediately.
