Steps
1. Clean the beans, peel or pound very lightly, wash, and soak overnight.
2. Boil in the same water until soft.
3. Clean and cut up onions and tomatoes.
4. Fry onions with curry powder until brown.
5. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and fry until tomatoes are soft.
6. Add beans and cook for a few minutes. Mix well but do not mash the beans.
7. Season to taste and serve.
