FishFAD implementing team
The FAO Project Task Force (PTF) will ensure full technical, operational and administrative support for the duration of the project. The FAO Subregional Office for the Pacific Islands (SAP) will be the Budget Holder and chair of the PTF, and the SAP Fishery Officer will be the Lead Technical Officer (LTO), with the SAP Junior Professional Officer (Small-scale Fisheries) as the Alternate LTO. Other members of the PTF will be the Fishery Officer based at FAO headquarters (HQ), two Fisheries Officers from the FAO Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific, a South-South Cooperation staff member, the Funding Liaison Officer in the Business Development and Resource Mobilization Division of HQ, and SAP Operations Staff. 

The PTF has overall responsibility for the project’s internal coordination and management, including technical advice and backstopping to project country and contracted consultants on specific policy/legal/technical issues.
