• VISA: Liaise with the Italian Embassy or Consulate responsible for your place of residence. Should the Embassy or Consulate request further communication from FAO, please write to us giving your passport details, town where the Italian Embassy concerned is located and flight booking. We will then send you an invitation letter.

• Registration: To finalize the registration process, please send us a copy of your passport and a recent photo as it is a requirement for preparing a building pass for the venue. Photo should be in format JPG, white background, 26 mm (width) x 33 mm (height) or 190 pixels (width) x 248 pixels (height) not to exceed 100 kb.
