The 77th Session of the Committee on Commodity Problems (CCP 77) will review recent trends in global agricultural commodity and fertilizer markets, assess market outlooks, and discuss the theme of FAO’s flagship report The State of Agricultural Commodity Markets (SOCO) 2026: “Trade, Resilience and Food Security.” It will update Members on WTO agricultural negotiations, discuss FAO’s standards-setting work for well-functioning agrifood markets, review FAO’s work programme on commodity markets and trade under the Strategic Framework 2022–31, and address follow-up from CCP 76.
