应对食品价格高通胀，保障粮食安全和营养

虽然近年已取得一定进展和复苏，但世界仍未回到2019冠状病毒病疫情前水平，离实现到2030年消除饥饿和粮食不安全的目标（可持续发展目标具体目标2.1）相去甚远。同样，尽管已就各项全球营养目标取得一定进展，但仍无望实现可持续发展目标具体目标2.2。持续的食品价格通胀等因素已拖累了这一势头。《2025年世界粮食安全和营养状况》突出介绍多国的高通胀如何破坏购买力和健康膳食的获取，特别是低收入群体。报告介绍食品高通胀问题如何导致粮食不安全和儿童营养不良问题恶化。弱势群体，包括低收入家庭、妇女和农村人口，受食品价格通胀的影响最为严重，可能对为抗击饥饿和营养不良做出努力造成障碍。本报告分析了各国为应对以上挑战并预防未来价格冲击而采取的政策应对措施，同时概要指出前行方向。报告强调统筹实施财政和货币政策的重要性，以稳定市场，促进开放、有韧性的贸易，保护弱势群体。此外，报告呼吁加强数据系统，持续投资于打造有韧性的农业粮食体系，以实现长期粮食安全和营养。这些协调一致的行动必不可少，有助于为到2030年实现消除饥饿和营养不良的目标取得新进展。
