EuFMD encourages the dissemination of acquired knowledge that participants gain during training courses. Member Nations are supported with activities/tools that will facilitate cascading once learners have taken specific activities i.e. Real-Time training. 

Trainees completing an in-person training courses are offered support to enable them to share with others what they have learnt. EuFMD offers them support through a Virtual cascading course and the adaptation and translation of capacity development tools.
