3ème Forum International Francophone de l’Evaluation (FIFE2019)

The third FIFE, co-organized in partnership with RéBuSE and the Burkinabè authorities, took place in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) from November 12 to 15, 2019. It brought together 260 participants and constituted a third meeting of promoters and French-speaking evaluation stakeholders after the 2014 and 2016 editions.
