This paper seeks to carry out a case study on the extent, nature and impact of international investments into the agricultural sector of Brazil. The case analyzes the policies, legislation, institutionsand other factors affecting international investment in the country. It finally also makes recommendations on how policies, regulations and other factors can be updated to respond appropriately to the challenges facing the agricultural sector in Brazil.
