Economic problems of small farms and their expectations for the CAP 2014-2020 reform

Prepared by the European Union institutions a new financial and task perspective, the same as economic reform raises hopes, anxieties and even social emotions. Each time it is, especially for its potential beneficiaries, a new playing field for privileges, institutional economic benefits, as well as hopes for strengthening their position in industry, production branch or business. Games for, designed to be better, distribution of budget which consists mainly of member states contributions, also apply to individual member states of the EU, and most of them also to regions, that are seeking such new criteria and instruments of distribution in order to increase the benefits for themselves. Again, in the EU political bodies it's being decided what mega economic or macroeconomic objectives should receive greater or lesser support. Experiences, especially in recent years taught that the new goals or areas of support, preferred by individual countries, tend to be more suited to their particular needs and will be the most accessible and economically profitable for them. It is evident that the principle European Union rule, which was the basis for its establishing, i.e. European solidarity and also striving for economic convergence, is under the process of shallowing
