Webinar Series: Land Strategies for Agroecology in Europe

This webinar series presents several perspectives on strategies for preserving farmland and supporting peasant agroecology in Europe, from the local to the European level. It results from a pluriannual partnership, bringing together the European Coordination Via Campesina, Eco Ruralis, IFOAM EU, Urgenci, the Transnational Institute, as well as Terre de Liens and Real Farming Trust, two community land initiatives.

This webinar series is divided in two seasons. The first season includes the following webinars:
- The presentation of case studies and testimonies from the Handbook Your Land, My Land, Our Land (June 2020)
- Local Land Mobilisations: from land struggles to the new role of communities (July 2020)
- Access to Land for the Youth (July 2020)

The second season includes the following webinars:
- Building National Coalitions for Land Policy Reform (December 2020)
- Financialisation of Land Sales (January 2021)
- Land Struggles and Land Policies in Central and Eastern Europe (February 2021)
- Roots of Resilience: How CAP, Farm to Fork, and land policies can support an agroecological transition in Europe (February 2021)

All webinars are available in English or with English sub-titles. Speakers come from a wide array of countries and organisations.
