"My Name Is Lee" is part of the short films that have been received in the framework of the short film contest organized by ALiSEA and the Luang Prabang Film festival about Youth & Agroecology. It is the story of a young man (Lee Ayu) who has returned to his village and discovered the opportunity and beauty of farming through starting a local social enterprise called Akha Ama Coffee. Negative stereotypes of farming fall away, and are replaced with the vision of sustainable farming and new environmental awareness. Lee inspires young people and calls them back to embrace and recognize the importance of farming and the impact that they can have on future generations.
