The third transnational project meeting for the Farm-Success Project took place in Rome, Italy on the 15-16^th September 2016. Representatives from each of the Project’s eight partners attended the transnational meeting; the third of many transnational meetings held throughout the duration of the Project. This third meeting provided a platform for the project partners to discuss in detail best practices of current farm succession processes around Europe as well as to evaluate the progress of the Project so far. The first day of the meeting commenced with presentations of examples of best practices of successful farm succession from the represented countries. These presentations were followed by discussions on project management and project dissemination and exploitation strategies. The second day of the proceedings comprised of a selection of best practices from those presented the day before to be used as case studies throughout the remaining duration of the Project.
