Oluwasola Abayomi Adelusi is a dedicated food safety expert and a researcher at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. My  research focuses on analyzing fungal and bacterial species, multi-mycotoxiins, pesticides, and heavy metals in African staple foods and animal feeds. I am also inetrested in food sustainability and post harvest management. I have  demonstrated exceptional dedication and scientific acumen, completing a successful research visit to Ghent University under the Global Mind Scholarship provided by the Belgian Government. I am is currently working on  the impact of climate change on fungal growth and mycotoxins  production in African maize, with implications for food safety and security.
