4th working session of the International Network of Soil Information Institutions (INSII)
Representatives of Soil Information Institutions from all continents and regional soil partnerships met at FAO headquarters in Rome on 6 - 8 November 2018.
During the working session the following activities were discussed:
- Implementation and Technical Specifications of GloSIS and GloSIS Data Products;
- SoilSTAT;
- CountrySIS Guidelines;
- Forthcoming GSP Pillar 4 Data Products (Global Soil Salinity Map, Global Soil Organic Carbon Sequestration Potential Map, Global Soil Erosion Map, Global Soil Pollution Assessment);
- GSP Thematic Working Groups (SOC Management and Monitoring);
- GSP Technical Networks (GLOSOLAN - Global Soil Laboratory Network, INBS- International Network on Black Soils);
- Side Event: Soils4EU project.
