Summary:
Responsibility for the regulations dealing with foods sold in San Marino, including GM foods, is shared by the Secretariat of State (Ministry) of the Territory, Environment and Agriculture, the Secretariat of State for Health and the Prevention Department through the Veterinary Health Unit. and Food Hygiene (UOSVIA).
