Project partners met Edouar Kouassi, President of the Socoorib Cooperative of Côte d’Ivoire during the country phase inception workshop which took place in Bouaké, Ivory Coast from 6 to 8 February 2017 and which involved four countries from West and Central Africa: The Gambia, Mali, Niger and Côte d’Ivoire.
