Soy Flan


water: 1/4 cups
egg, chicken: 2
sugar: 3/4 cups
salt, table: 1/2 teaspoon
vanilla: 1/2 teaspoon
soya, milk: 1 cup

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)

1. Mix soymilk, salt, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla. Then add beaten eggs.
2. Cook 2 tbsp sugar in a leche flan molder until caramelized.
3. Pour soymilk mixture in the molder and cook in a steamer for 15 minutes or until the flan does not stick to toothpick.
4. Cool and put in a platter.
