Fried Rice (Chinese Style)

Ingredients
rice: 4 29
onions: 2
pork: 1 29
egg, chicken: 2
peas: 1/4 29
salt, table:
soya, sauce: 1 27
wine: 1/2 27
corn, starch: 1/2 27
oil, cooking/salad: 1/2 29

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Marinate pork in soy sauce, wine, and cornstarch at least 10 minutes.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and pour eggs; stir quickly to make a fluffy omelet. Remove from pan and set aside.
3. Again heat 3 tbsp oil; add marinated pork and cook on high heat; keep stirring until well done. Add green peas and cook for a minute. Set aside.
4. Heat 1 tbsp; add green onions, saute for a while, then add cooked rice. Mix well. Add salt, cooked eggs, pork, and peas. Mix again. Serve immediately.

Comments
Ham, roast pork, barbecued pork (leftover), and cooked shrimps can be substituted for pork.
