The IHE-Delft Institute for Water Education in coordination with the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the International Water Management Institute (IWMI), organized the training “Introduction and Validation of WaPOR data” in Ramallah, Palestine, from 11 to 14 September 2023.
Around twenty-two participants from different government institutions, non-Governmental organizations and universities participated to the training. The activities was organized under FAO’s project “Monitoring land and water productivity by Remote Sensing (WaPOR phase 2)”, funded by the government of Netherlands and implemented in Palestine in close collaboration with the Palestinian Ministry of Agriculture.
