WaPOR Inception Workshop in Colombia

WaPOR inception workshop in Colombia was held last Thursday, September 21 in Bogota. The general aspects of the project, components, products and expected results were discussed with the attendees. Colombia is the first Latin-American country to implement WaPOR.

The day was divided in two moments. First, with the participation of the International and National WaPOR partners, the discussion of the relevance of the products in the context of the project implementation and the activities to be executed. 

In a second moment, participants discussed through working groups and identified relevant stakeholders and their interest in the project activities for the co-construction of the implementation plan. Proposals were generated to support the implementation of WaPOR in the country, as well as the identification of activities related to capacity building and solutions based on specific needs.
