As part of the LDCF, the SHARP team is supporting the national teams in Burundi and Uganda to conduct the collection of the baseline information that will serve to select the project sites and guide the formulation of the project activities. Moreover, the data will serve as a benchmark to track and assess the effectiveness and magnitude of the project interventions for a range of selected indicators. The training workshops served not only to provide technical guidance on the use of the tool to national stakeholders and enumerators, but also to start the data collection activities in the field.
