Améliorer le partage des connaissances pour l'innovation agricole

TAPipedia, développé dans le contexte de la Plate-forme pour l'agriculture tropicale (TAP), est un système de partage de l'information conçu pour accroître les échanges de connaissances en soutien au Renforcement de capacités (CD) pour les Systèmes d'innovation agricole (AIS). TAPipedia se veut un système d'information mondial référençant les bonnes pratiques de CD, les productions d'innovation, les exemples de réussite et les enseignements tirés.

Facilitation, apprentissage, documentation et gestion des connaissances

TAPipedia permet aux partenaires de la TAP et d'autres acteurs de partager leurs propres ressources de CD pour les AIS appliquées et spécifiques de leur contexte et de découvrir des connaissances similaires de différentes sources, partenaires et régions. TAPipedia aide aussi les membres de la TAP à présenter, expliquer et promouvoir le Cadre commun sur le CD pour les AIS, afin qu'il puisse être plus facilement testé, amélioré, adopté et mis en œuvre par les acteurs.

Au final, TAPipedia met l'accent sur la facilitation, l'apprentissage, la documentation et la gestion des connaissances pour favoriser l'innovation. En promouvant l'innovation, TAPipedia sera un atout majeur pour accomplir le but de la TAP qui reste d'accroître le revenu des agriculteurs, d'améliorer la sécurité alimentaire et de permettre la gestion durable des ressources naturelles.
