国际杨树和维护人类与环境的其他速生树种委员会（国际杨树委员会）是在联合国粮农组织框架内依据条约设立的法定机构。国际杨树委员会由38个成员国组成，致力于促进速生树木可持续管理，在全球范围内减少贫困，改善生态系统服务。
