“Celebrating World Pulses Day: Pulses to empower youth in achieving sustainable agrifood systems”
The World Pulses Day Secretariat welcomes your participation in an open event to celebrate World Pulses Day 2022 Thursday, 10 February 2022, 12:30-14:30 hours (CET).
Pulses are particularly important for sustainable crop production, they play a significant role in improving soil fertility, and have a positive impact on the environment. As a source of proteins, pulses are particularly relevant for healthy diets. Pulses also contribute to creating livelihood opportunities and equity. The 2022 World Pulses Day’s theme will be: “Pulses to empower youth in achieving sustainable agrifood systems”.
