L’Organisation des Nations Unies pour l’alimentation et l’agriculture (FAO), en collaboration avec le Ministère de l'agriculture, de l'alimentation et des affaires rurales de la République de Corée (MAFRA), a lancé depuis juin 2020, un projet ambitieux intitulé « Renforcement des capacités et partage d'expériences pour les chaînes de valeur rizicoles par le biais de la coopération Sud-Sud et triangulaire (CSST) ». Ce projet vise à transformer la réalité des chaînes de valeur du riz dans trois pays notamment la Côte d'Ivoire, la République-Unie de Tanzanie et la République des Philippines.

They exemplify how knowledge exchange, the adoption of good agricultural practices, and international cooperation can enhance production and improve the quality of life for rural families.

25/09/2024, Santiago The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), in collaboration with the Government of Brazil, through the Brazilian Cooperation Agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (ABC/MRE) and the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (INCRA), launched the virtual course "Land administration and governance of tenure in the framework of the Voluntary Guidelines on Governance of Tenure (VGGT)" for Latin America and the Caribbean, with support from FAO Campus.

Brasília, Brazil, September 18, 2024 – The Sustainable School Feeding Network (RAES) presented to professionals from FAO and the governments of 14 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean the proposal and concept of its upcoming activity, the analysis of indicators of advancements in school feeding programmes, which will be called AMPAE.
