Договаривающимся Сторонам предлагается назначить национального координатора, которому будет направляться важная корреспонденция. Контактные данные национальных координаторов (имя, должность, почтовый адрес, адрес электронной почты и номера телефонов) можно направить Секретарю Международного договора по адресу [email protected].
Национальным координатором может быть как физическое лицо, так и служба. Информация о национальных координаторах будет размещена в Интернете. Для переписки можно также предоставить один или несколько адресов электронной почты должностных лиц той же или другой национальной организации.
