An assessment of seven innovation case studies in Pakistan in 2022 found that agriculture innovation systems show limited collaboration and networking, and a supply-driven rather than market driven approach to innovation. Highlights and way forward from the TAP-AIS project
This brief gives an overview of the TAP-AIS project in Cambodia, implemented from January 2020 to December 2022. At the country level, the TAP-AIS project works to strengthen capacities to innovate and the innovation policy environment. In Cambodia, the project strengthened the capacities of three key institutions to innovate: the Cambodian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (CARDI), Cambodia Conservation Agriculture and Sustainable Intensification Consortium (CASIC) and the Department of Extension for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DEAFF). Le diagnostic orienté-action du système national d’innovation agricole au Burkina Faso a été conduit conjointement par la FAO et le Ministère en charge de l’agriculture dans le but d’éclairer l’action politique à court terme tout en proposant un cadre stratégique global et de long terme pour renforcer les capacités des acteurs du système national d'innovation agricole.

Les politiques d'innovation sont en plein essor dans de nombreux pays du Sud. L'innovation est considérée comme un moyen de concevoir des solutions viables et adaptées aux défis économiques, environnementaux et sociaux de chaque pays.
