| Introduction | This project strengthened the enabling environment for agricultural cooperatives in Azerbaijan through policy and legislative support, institutional capacity development, and technical assistance. RITD provided technical backstopping for cooperative development, including the preparation of a policy and legislative framework paper, capacity-building for policymakers and cooperatives, and the formulation of strategic recommendations to foster a more enabling and cooperative ecosystem. |
